What is your shipping and return policy? And how long will my order take to ship?
Shipping
The majority of our items are made to order and take 6-12 weeks for production plus shipping. Please note that there may be shipping delays due to our shipping couriers and this is outside of our control. All domestic orders are shipped with complimentary 2-day insured shipping and require an adult signature upon delivery.

In stock items will ship in 1-3 business days with complimentary 2-day insured shipping and require an adult signature upon delivery.
Returns
All sales are final. Meaning no returns, refunds, or exchanges of any kind are allowed as each piece is made to order to your specifications.
What is my ring size?
Ring Sizing
All rings designed by Ian Hearney fine jewelry are standard US sizes. If you do not know your US size, we highly suggest getting sized by a local jeweler. We are not responsible for determining your ring size. Choosing the correct ring size is the responsibility of the customer, as people tend to have different preferences as to how they like their rings to fit. If you are a different size (smaller or larger) than listed, please reach out to us at clientrelations@ianhearney.com ahead of ordering so that we can help to accommodate you.
Can I make customizations to a design?
Customizations
All 14k Gold items can be made in 18k gold upon request and will be provided with a new bid. All 14k gold items can be requested in 14k or 18k white, yellow, or rose gold. If you love a certain style but would prefer a different color of gemstone please reach out as we would be more than happy to accommodate you.
